How do I order photography products?
Once your photographs have been fully edited, I'll arrange a personal viewing session where we can enjoy your gallery together. I'll bring along a selection of sample products, including albums, framed artwork and The Story Collection, so you can see and feel the quality for yourself.
We'll go through your photographs, explore the different options and discuss anything you'd love to create for your home. I'll take care of your order during our meeting, although if you'd prefer a little more time to decide, you can also get in touch by email afterwards.
Do I have to purchase additional products?
Not at all. Your photography session includes a selection of digital images, depending on the session you've booked, and there's absolutely no pressure to spend anything beyond your session fee.
Printed products are simply an additional way to enjoy your photographs, preserve your family's story and bring those special moments into your home.
Can I purchase products if my photographs were taken by another photographer?
My printed products are exclusively available to Wildflower Stories clients and are created using photographs from your own session with me. This allows me to ensure the images are suitable for the products and that the finished artwork meets the quality I expect to deliver.
What is included in The Story Collection?
The Story Collection is available with a choice of 10, 15 or 25 beautifully mounted 10x8" prints. You'll choose your favourite photographs, and you'll also receive the matching digital images.
It's a wonderfully versatile way to enjoy your photographs. You can display your prints around your home, swap them between frames whenever you fancy a change, or share a few with grandparents and loved ones.
Can you help me choose the right artwork for my home?
Absolutely. This is one of my favourite parts of the experience. During your viewing session, we'll look at the spaces you'd love to fill, discuss the style of your home and explore which photographs would work best as artwork.
I'll bring a measuring tape so we can consider the available wall space and choose a size that feels just right. I'll also guide you through the different finishes and options, helping you create something that feels considered and personal to your home.
Can my album include all the photographs from my gallery?
Yes! One of the loveliest things about an album is being able to enjoy a much fuller collection of your photographs together, rather than having to narrow everything down to just a handful of favourites.
You can choose to include your entire gallery or select a smaller collection of images. Once you've made your choices, I'll thoughtfully design your album and send you a mock-up to review before it goes to print. You'll have the opportunity to request any changes and make sure you're completely happy with the finished design.
How much do the products cost?
The prices displayed on this page are starting prices. The final cost will depend on your chosen product, size and any options or finishes available.
You're welcome to purchase individual products, and I'll happily talk you through the options and help you find something that suits what you have in mind.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is required in full before your order is placed with the lab. Payment plans can be arranged if needed, although please bear in mind that your order won't be submitted until the full balance has been received.
How long will my products take to arrive?
As each product is made to order, I'd recommend allowing approximately 5–6 weeks for your order to be completed.
Once everything arrives with me, I'll individually check your products before arranging hand delivery to your home. I'll be in touch as soon as your order is ready so we can arrange a delivery date that works for you.
Do you deliver?
Yes. I personally hand-deliver orders to clients within a 50-mile radius of DN41, and delivery is arranged separately from the product price.
If you're based further afield, please get in touch and I'll be happy to discuss the available arrangements. An additional delivery charge may apply.
What happens if there's a problem with my order?
Every product is carefully checked by me before delivery, and we'll have the opportunity to look over everything together when it arrives at your home.
If there's an issue with your product, I'll take it back and arrange for a replacement so that you receive something you're completely happy with.
Are your products available for every type of session?
Yes. My printed products are available to all Wildflower Stories clients, whether you've booked a family, maternity, newborn or childhood session.
